Winter Warmth at The Red Begonia's Red Kettle Room.

We are thrilled to announce,  are open this winter - offering winter warmth in our  Red Kettle Room.  We offer the same wonderful treats and teas - even hot chocolate for those who prefer it.   This private and cozy room (Anne's Plantuary) offers candlelit calmness  to those who need a quiet moment to refresh - to read - or to reacquaint with friends over a hot beverage and tasty treats.

Our fee this winter is $12.00 per person.  We re open from 1:30 to 4:00 pm on the day you request.

After Winter has come to an end... here is something special to look forward to come spring/summer. 

The settings we offer within our lovely gardens come spring and summer.

We offer several cozy garden settings to ensure that your time at The Red Begonia Tea Garden is a memorable and comfortable one.  "Old Man Brolley's Fence' (below right) provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for two under the protective shade of an umbrella.

And, we invite you to experience the charming 'Red Begonia Lounge'  (bottom) which can accommodate up to 8 guests.

a few steps up - and you arrive in our comfortable 'Red Begonia Lounge' as seen in the images above.

The 'wish pond'  (directly below) and 'Under the Pines' below right welcome tea for two or three guests.

Our home is placed within rich farm fields, so be assured you'll find your experience calm and memorable.

Join us Wednesday through Saturday with afternoon sittings:  1:00 to 4:00pm.

also, if you have a special occassion in mind, we would be happy to open on other days to welcome you. 

anne (a retired master gardener)  will be here to share her knowledge of the shrubbery and perennials within their gardens. also, as the season 'grows along', eye-catching, freshly cut bouquets  will be provided for purchase.

At $15.00 per person, you will enjoy a tour throughout our lovely gardens, freshly brewed tea served in time-honored tea pots with bone China cups and saucers. Look forward to enjoying a delicious selection of home-made baking prepared by Anne and Larry.

Although we have taken special care to maintain our property in such a way where it is, for the most part, 'walkable' with ease, care should be taken when strolling through as some areas have walkways that may be more difficult for some to transverse.

Anne is a retired Master Gardener and past owner/operator of Gardens by Hummingbird.

larry, not only sought after for his banana muffins, is FAMOUS FOR PLANTING over 350 red begonias in our gardens every spring.  he IS PROUD TO HAVE his diploma for "Food Safety hANDLING" AS IS REQUIRED FOR THE CATERING COMMITTEE THAT SERVE HUNDREDS OF PATRONS AT LIVING FAITH CHURCH IN BAXTER, oNT.
